程度未發(fā)生實(shí)質(zhì)性改變；

(3)That there are no claims notified or losses of the type insured against,

including circumstances or incidents of which the Insured is aware which

could give rise to a claim against them in the future, between the date of

your submission and the proposed effective date of this insurance.
